Whether you want to get a quote, have questions about our services or want to order a translation, it is best to start by filling out the form. Another way to get a more accurate offer is to upload the actual document or part of the document that needs to be translated. The more information you provide, the better!
In this step we might ask you for additional information since it is crucial to understand your goals and have the right input. We encourage our clients to precisely define all the aspects of the service they need. Once we get all the relevant information, we will give you an offer with the price, deadline and payment details. The offer is valid for 5 working days.
In exceptional cases, additional questions might be needed to address an ambiguous part of the text. Usually, you will simply receive the files in the desired format along with the comments, suggestions or any other request in line with your instructions. You will have enough time to carefully review the content and ask for clarifications or adjustments before final payment.
We accept various types of payment including wire transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and Bitcoin. New clients pay at least 1/2 of the total translation price upfront. For projects larger than 10,000 words, you can set up several milestones. Let us know if you have any special requests regarding payment and we will do our best to meet them.
